General Terms
and Conditions

All services provided by SIA “Icarus Logistics” are governed by the CMR Convention and applicable international transport regulations.

1. Scope of Services

Icarus Logistics provides freight forwarding services by road, including full truck load and groupage carriage, project and oversize cargo, warehousing and transshipment, and customs clearance and documentation, as described on our website and in individual agreements.

2. Liability

Liability for loss or damage to goods during carriage by road is governed by the CMR Convention. Forwarder's liability insurance is maintained for the traffic we arrange.

3. Insurance

Cargo insurance against all risks is available upon request. Clients are advised to maintain their own cargo insurance for comprehensive coverage.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
